EXTERNAL CHALLENGE FUNCTION

It is a familiar situation where one has worked on a document or has committed to a position for so long that everyone working on it has difficulty seeing alternate perspectives or asking challenging questions in a devil’s advocate capacity.  Then, when presenting that position to business stakeholders (or a judge) a retrospectively obvious, but damaging, question is asked which hasn’t been considered or addressed – undermining the otherwise sound proposal.

I offer an external challenge function to test proposals and legal advice, identifying potential gaps and anticipating critical questions before presentations to stakeholders or implementation.
